At the Community Design Collaborative, strong leadership is essential to advancing equity through community-driven design across Philadelphia. We are thrilled to welcome our three newest members to the Board of Directors, Louis Chang, Vittoria Greene, and Ben Willis. We’re excited for the experience, creativity, and passion they bring to our work.

We are grateful for their years of service in support of our mission! Louis Chang, NOMA, AP
As a foundational leader for Moody Nolan—the nation’s largest African American-owned architecture firm—Louis leads the Philadelphia studio’s regional operations and growth strategy while upholding the firm’s distinguished legacy of design that enriches lives and fosters community. With over 26 years of experience, he balances strategic business oversight with a hands-on commitment to high-impact execution and delivering successful project outcomes. A Jefferson University - B.Arch ‘99 - alumnus, he is committed to the firm’s mission of community-driven design while fostering a culture of career growth and operational success within his Philadelphia-based team.
Vittoria Greene, Esq.
Vittoria D. Greene is a partner at Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden LLP. Her practice focuses on the representation of engineers, architects, and other design professionals. She regularly acts as their advocate by negotiating contracts, addressing potential claims during design and construction, and defending them in litigation. Ms. Greene is also a Contributing Author to the Pennsylvania section of the Cumulative Supplement of the State-By-State Guide to Design and Construction Contracts and Claims (2nd Edition), published by Wolters Kluwer.
Ben Willis, AIA, LFA, NCARB
Ben helps create places that empower communities and ecosystems to thrive. A licensed architect and graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Ben has been part of Union Studio since 2014 and started their Philadelphia office in 2019. Ben was drawn to Union’s mission-driven work at a variety of scales and their commitment to the civic & environmental responsibility of buildings. He has worked on community planning initiatives, existing building retrofits, and affordable, student, and net-zero housing projects across the country. Ben is an active ULI member, a runner, and sings with the Chestnut Street Singers.
