The Collaborative prepared a conceptual plan for the revitalization of North 17th Street. The goal was to provide both short-term and long-term strategies for redeveloping the vacant land and vacant buildings at this key crossroads in Tioga to support a multi-cultural mix of community businesses, services, cultural institutions, and housing.
