Benefits Data Trust
Benefits Data Trust assists low-income individuals in applying for public benefits they’re eligible to receive. The Collaborative created a plan for their office space, focusing on openness to foster an interactive and collaborative team environment. The volunteer team recommended expanding and organizing the call center into team clusters, including lower work station panels and glass to allow light to flow throughout.
