Housing/Community Development

Wynnefield Overbrook Revitalization Corporation

In 2012, the Collaborative conducted a conceptual design study for the conversion of the vacant Beeber School Annex into a community multi-purpose facility. Preliminary plans respond to the need for multi-generational recreational and athletic facilities, combined with accessibility improvements in and around the building to support both daily use and community events.

It's rewarding to help make a difference by working on community-based projects in their too-early-for-funding stages.
