Called To Serve CDC

Called to Serve and merchants are working together to revive a major retail hub in North Philadelphia. They asked the Collaborative's volunteer team to help them send “a signal of change” through storefront façade and streetscape improvements. The volunteer team consulted with seven individual businesses and envisioned graphic elements on buildings and an “artful oasis” to create an identity for the corridor.
