National Center for Family Recovery

The Collaborative developed a conceptual design to convert a rowhouse and vacant lot in North Philadelphia into program space for the National Center for Family Recovery, which develops and runs culturally specific self help programs for parents and families living in high stress urban environments. The new facility will also include transitional housing for homeless women veterans.
