This neighborhood environmental education center is described by its director as a “refuge from the harsh texture and grit of an urban environment” that “expands imaginations.” JASTECH re-engineered a vacant quarry to create a center that employs green technologies to teach students about sustainability and making neighborhoods healthier places to live.
