Cook-Wissahickon Home & School Association/Cook-Wissahickon Green Committee

Located in green, leafy Roxborough and the Wissahickon Watershed, the school grounds of Cook-Wissahickon are mostly covered in asphalt. Parents and teachers have successfully worked together to rejuvenate the school and boost enrollment. Raising the visibility of the school through a commitment to sustainability and a strong environmental science curriculum was part of their strategy.
