CAPA Home and School Association

The Philadelphia School of the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) is nearly hidden behind its formidable facade. Students rarely use the generous front lawn. The Collaborative’s conceptual design shows how colorful elements like “stair tables”, an amphitheater, and a sculptural colonnade can bring student life and art outside and connect CAPA to the Avenue of the Arts.
