Housing/Community Development

Asociación de Puertorriqueños en Marcha for Everyone (APM)

Nearly fifty designers, community leaders, public agencies, and students generated scenarios for redeveloping a key site in Eastern North Philadelphia. The resulting conceptual plan features housing options promoting intergenerational living, open space that doubles as gathering places and green stormwater infrastructure, and room for a locally-owned store, restaurant, or café.
