Frankford Community Development Corporation

The Collaborative’s rStore program provides preliminary design services to nonprofit organizations revitalizing Philadelphia’s commercial corridors. rStore design consultations help store owners plan storefront façade improvements and apply for grants. Six businesses on Frankford Avenue received design recommendations and cost estimates for improvements including new signage, awnings, lighting, and a colorful mural. General window signs/graphic guidelines that can be used by all businesses on the corridor were also provided.

"The most rewarding part about my Collaborative experience was the excitement from the community when our team presented the improvements for the Community Center."
