Water Tower Advisory Council

The mission of the Water Tower Recreation Center is to provide inclusive recreation programs that encourage a pattern of lifelong wellness and education. Its offerings include athletic programs, summer camp, and a gymnastic program. The Collaborative took a comprehensive look at this heavily-used facility and outlined twelve improvement projects. Priorities include a family play area at the entrance, upgrades to playing fields, a circuit walking path, and the creation of a pocket park at the landmark water tower.
