Housing/Community Development

North Philadelphia Community Help, Inc.

Collaborative volunteers worked with North Philadelphia Community Help (NPCH) and AMT Industry on a programming and feasibility study for a narrow site on West Lehigh Avenue in North Philadelphia. The mixed-use site would serve multiple needs in the neighborhood by including affordable housing units as well as flexible community space to host a workforce development program for sterilization technicians.
